The Apple Cider Vinegar Diet

It is obtained from the fermentation of apple juice. It also contains important minerals, trace elements and vitamins, as well acetic acid, propionic acid, lactic acid, enzymes, amino acids and roughage in the form of potash and apple pectin. The fermentation provides alcoholic apple cider that is combined with oxygen to produce acetic acid. The pH of apple cider vinegar is very favorable for the body.
