Understanding what we eat and drink every day is paramount. Our body digests the nutrients from the food we consume but the harmful chemicals it contains remains in our body. Do bear in mind that acids vary in strength, and the collective quantity of acids built up over time will cause the systems to cease to perform their task properly.
