I Have Gout, Foods to Eat?

zz
To start, foods that cause gout include foods like seafood, alcohol, kidney, and liver. These foods are rich in things called purines. Now, if you have gout, the foods to eat are obviously not the purine-rich foods, which will exacerbate your painful gout.

Foods you will want to eat, however, are low in purine (obviously), and those that are easily digested and eliminated from the body. This includes breads, grains, apples, bananas, milk, sugar, spinach, and related products. The influence of gout exacerbation from food will be significantly lower, so that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Most people don't want to eat these by themselves, however. Whose ever heard of a meal comprised of milk, spinach, and grain? That sounds like spinach cereal. Disgusting isn't it? Here's one of the many solutions that you can use. Try a little dish called 'Eggplant Parmesan'. It includes eggplant and three cheeses (ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella) as the main ingredients. Eggplant and cheese are part of the foods to eat.

The foods that gout will allow one to eat sound very hard to eat and digest. Trust me, though, it's actually much simpler. The key is to combine them in a way like the eggplant Parmesan to make it delicious. So remember that you want to eat easily digestable foods, fruit, folic acid, and Vitamin C. Make it delicious! Recipes should be easy to find. Gout is disgusting. The food you eat shouldn't be.

With that, good luck on your journey to relieve gout pain!
